Guided tour to Den Gamle By, Viborgvej 2, 8000 Aarhus C

A national open-air town museum of urban history and culture, located in the Aarhus Botanical Gardens, close to the university. The attraction has been awarded three Michelin stars. It is a living and breathing experience of what it was like to live and work in a Danish market town, as it was in the old days. You will find historical buildings from all over Denmark, dated from the mid-1500s to around the late 1800s. Furthermore, there is a section focusing on the 1970s.
